2.管理辦公樓服務部經理和部門董事委派的任務,特別是與營銷和租賃活動相關的任務。

Job 2:

1819412  Lead Materials/Welding Engineer

The principal roles and responsibilities of this position include the following, with other ancillary duties assigned as required at a level commensurate with the individual’s experience.

• Working independently on projects in support of the tendering and project execution processes.
• Reviewing engineering drawings, contract requirements, engineering guidelines, design and fabrication and repair specifications, material selection, and welding and proposed non-destructive examination procedures.
• Customer contact - technical discussions, clarifications & meetings on material selection & fabrication.
• Writing material specifications for compliance with industry standards covering surface and subsea production equipment for the oil and gas industry.
• Developing engineering specifications & procedures for materials, welding & non-destructive examination for use in fabrication, weld repair and refurbishment / condition assessment of equipment.
• Providing input to requisitions for fabrication and refurbishment activities.
• Implementing and developing both sub-contractor and in-house repair techniques and procedures.
• Evaluation of suppliers’ technical capability, bids and technical proposals. Participating in pre-production meetings and quality surveillance activities.
• Reviewing of suppliers’ manufacturing procedures (welding, non-destructive examination, surface protection).
• Disposition of deviations from suppliers and fabricators.
• Providing dedicated materials engineering support of fabrication, repair and condition assessment activities.
• Evaluating and promoting the use of new materials and processes to enhance the company's competitive position.

 

Requirements: Experience, Skills, Education. Language

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• MSc or BSc in Materials/Metallurgy (candidates with less formal education will be considered if they have solid and relevant experience).
• Knowledge of metallic material testing standards.
• Knowledge of behavior of metallic materials to different mechanical-thermal-chemical conditions.
• In depth knowledge and expertise on the most commonly used non destructive examination techniques (MT, PT, and RT & UT).
• Strong analytical skills combined with excellent problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to cooperate in multi-disciplinary engineering groups.
• Good English language skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate well in a multi-lingual/multi-cultural team environment.
• Knowledge of engineering disciplines including design, fabrication and other areas of oil and gas equipment manufacture, namely manifolds / connectors, trees and associated controls systems would be deemed advantageous.
• Experience in writing material specifications for compliance with industry standards for the oil and gas industry.
